The State Park of Fontes do Ipiranga (PEFI) has won a new website. Released from a partnership among Pick-upau environmental agency and the Defense Council of State Park of Fontes do Ipiranga (CONDEFEFI), the new site brings information of institution that are part of the park like Sao Paulo Zoo, Park of Science and Technology of USP (Cientec), Zoo Safar, Sao Paulo Institute of Botanical, Geologic Institute, Botanical Garden, between others instituitions.

On the internet you can track the activities of the Defense Council of the Park and suggest alternatives for its preservation and maintenance.

One of the last reserves of Atlantic Forest of Sao Paulo city, the PEFI houses several species of flora threatened of extinction and native animals as the Brown Howler (Alouatta Fusca), the Opossum (Didelphis sp), the Red-breasted Toucan (Ranphastos dicolours) and the Blue Tegu (Tupinambis merianae).
