Wild
Zone strikes subway of São Paulo
Exposure Wild Zone, produced by Pick-upau in partnership
with Environmental State Department of São Paulo,
has arrived at subway, the exibition tour starts at Imigrantes
station, and then goes to Capao Redondo and ending at
Republica station.
Produced from visiting four conservation units in São
Paulo, the exposure brings 24 images of fauna and flora
from Atlantic Forest, biome where the city is.
The subway passengers could know other citizen from
São Paulo as monkeys, from Parque estatudal do
Jaraguá, toucans from Parque Estadual Fontes do
Ipiranga, tegu blue from Parque Ecológico do Guarapiranga
and other from brazilian fauna. Bromeliads, palms, nymphs
are some species from flora presented in the exposure.
According to Pedro Isal, from Pick-upau, is just the first
from several that the organization will produce. “Wild
Zone is only the beginning, we want to leave the brazilian
biodiversity to everyone, this way we can awareness the
population about the environment needs, starting from
our own town”, said Isal.
